Data we collect
We only collect what you send us through the enquiry form or by email: your name, company name, email address and a description of the work you need. The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools.
Purpose of processing
We use your details solely to prepare a quote, to correspond about your enquiry and to carry out the agreed work. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties, except where it is necessary for delivery (the carrier) or required by law.
Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for a maximum of two years. Data relating to completed orders is kept for as long as accounting and tax legislation requires.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion at any time by writing to info@humco.ba. We respond within the statutory period.
