Every run goes through the same checks

Inspection is part of the process, not a check at the end. The first article is approved before the run is released, and the production record stays on file with us.

First-article approval

First-article parts go to the customer for sign-off before the line is scheduled.

Dimensional inspection

Critical dimensions are measured through the run; typical part tolerance is ±0.05 mm.

Batch traceability

Material, tool, machine and production date are recorded against every batch shipped.

Scrap handling

Runners and rejects are ground in house and fed back into the production cycle.
