1Can you run a mold we already own?
Yes. Ship the tool to us and we inspect it, test it and schedule production. Any repair or a new hot tip is quoted before the run starts.
2What if we only have a physical sample?
That is a normal starting point. We measure the sample, produce a drawing for your approval and quote the tool and the run from there.
3What is the smallest order you accept?
Molding starts at around 500 parts. Laser engraving and finishing work are done from a single piece.
4Which materials do you keep in stock?
ABS, PP, PC, PA6, POM and TPU for molding, plus HDPE, LDPE and PET for blow work. Anything else we buy in for the specific run.
5How long does a typical project take?
Quote within two business days, tooling in three to five weeks, and production five to ten days after the first article is approved.
6How do you handle confidentiality of drawings and tools?
Drawings, samples and tools remain the property of the customer and are never used for anyone else. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, before any documentation changes hands.
7How is delivery arranged?
We deliver to your address or to your end customer, by our own or a contracted carrier. For export shipments we prepare the accompanying documentation with the delivery note.
8Do you grind and granulate plastic waste?
Yes. We grind and granulate production scrap and customer-supplied material in house, returning it as clean granulate or feeding it back into compatible production.
